Every value carries the source it was read from and how far that source can be trusted. A row with no source is one nothing has confirmed since it was entered.
Prices as the shop lists them, in the currency it lists them in. Nothing here is converted — a converted figure is a number this database read nowhere, and you pay at the door in the listed currency anyway.
